A meeting with representatives of the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) of the US Department of Commerce was held at the Central Bank.
During the dialogue, the work carried out by the Cyber Security Center of the Central Bank "CERT-CBU", in particular, the introduction of software and technical solutions to ensure cyber security in banking and payment systems, the establishment of anti-fraud systems to prevent fraud related to bank cards, and information about targeted measures to strengthen the security of mobile applications was provided.
In addition, there was a detailed discussion of the integration of new payment systems into the market of Uzbekistan and the improvement of the national legal framework for this purpose.
At the end of the meeting, it was agreed to establish an exchange of online experience in the field of cyber security, financial technologies, secure payment systems.
