Membership in APWG (Anti-Phishing Working Group) provides the Central Bank's "CERT-CBU" Cybersecurity Center with opportunities to exchange expertise in ensuring cybersecurity in banking and payment systems, as well as to stay informed about warnings regarding emerging global cyber threats.
Additionally, membership in APWG helps analyze vast amounts of information related to phishing, SMS attacks, malicious domains, and IP addresses, enabling the development of effective action plans to prevent cybersecurity risks.
For reference: APWG, an international organization established in 2003, aims to facilitate global information sharing, research, and public awareness in combating cybercrime. Today, it encompasses 2,300 organizations from various countries.
