Tasks and Functions
The main tasks of the department:
· recruiting and dismissing personnel, monitoring staff turnover and taking appropriate measures to reduce it;
· assessment of staff performance;
· formation of the necessary documents and their accounting;
· formation, development and support of a favorable corporate culture;
· formation of a personnel reserve and organization of personnel rotation;
· adaptation of new employees.
The main functions of the department:
· organizes the stages of selection to the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, on the basis of the principle of impartiality and transparency,
· forms the qualitative composition of employees of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, job descriptions, information on vacancies and dismissed employees;
· organizes monthly and annual staff appraisals;
· organizes round tables and cultural events at the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
· organizes the rotation of employees included in the personnel reserve.
