Department tasks:

·         developing and ensuring the effective implementation of the monetary policy of the Central Bank

Department functions:

·         improvement of methods and ways of implementing monetary policy;

·         development of short- and medium-term scenario forecasts of monetary indicators;

·         analysis of the impact of monetary instruments;

·         preparation of proposals for the refinancing rate;

·         regular analysis of the factors influencing the inflation rate;

·         forecasting and modeling inflation;

·         assessment of inflationary expectations of the population and business entities.
