Meeting with the head of regional capacity building center of the International Monetary Fund

The Central Bank hosted a meeting with Hervé Joly, the director of Joint Vienna Institute.

At the meeting, they discussed issues related to regular training of employees, in particular, increasing the scope of their participation, as well as organizing training courses on new areas of the economy.

For reference: The Joint Vienna Institute (JVI) is a regional training centre, primarily for public sector officials from countries in Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia. It was established in 1992 by the Austrian Authorities (represented by the Federal Ministry of Finance and the Oesterreichische Nationalbank), the International Monetary Fund, and several other international organizations.
