The meeting discussed the preliminary results of a joint project to transform the activities of the Deposit Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the assistance of the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation (KDIC).
As noted, ensuring the transparency of the fund's activities, as well as digitizing payments to the population, is of great importance in increasing the population's confidence in the deposit insurance system.
In turn, based on the results of the joint project, it is planned to receive recommendations on further improving the activities of the fund, which will be implemented jointly with the relevant departments of the Republic of Korea.
