Responsibilities:
- Liquidity Planning: Determining monthly requirements for cash and bank card payments (including pensions, benefits, salaries, and contingent payments) to mitigate operational risks related to payment fulfillment.
- Cash Flow Analysis: Collaborating with relevant departments to study sources of cash inflows and directions of outflow operations. Analyzing the causes of fluctuations from a monetary policy perspective and submitting analytical reports to management.
- Regional Monitoring: Analyzing the dynamics of cash inflow sources across regions and preparing analytical data for management based on findings.
- Education: Higher education in Banking, Finance, or Economics.
- Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in the banking system.
- Language Proficiency:
- Native Uzbek: Excellent command; ability to draft official documents in both Cyrillic and Latin scripts with flawless grammar.
- Russian: Level B1.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Laws "On the Central Bank" and "On Banks and Banking Activities," and other relevant decrees governing the banking sector.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Personal Qualities: High level of responsibility, strong teamwork skills, proactive attitude, and a commitment to continuous professional growth.
