Strategy 2026-2030

The National Strategy for the Development of Financial Technologies for 2026–2030 sets out the priorities and targets for the development of the financial technology market in Uzbekistan. The strategy was developed in accordance with Decree No. PP-359 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and is aimed at strengthening the digital financial infrastructure, attracting investment, and developing the sector’s human resources.
As part of its strategy, the Central Bank operates a regulatory sandbox – a mechanism for testing innovative financial technology products and services under controlled conditions. Learnmore
