The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan sets the direction for the development of financial technologies, establishes the regulatory framework, and creates the conditions for the sustainable growth of the country’s financial technology market. These activities are carried out in accordance with Decree No. PP-359 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 27, 2025.
