Responsibilities:
- Transaction Analysis: Analyzing retail payments for goods and services made via bank cards in the regions and submitting comprehensive reports to the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- Promotion of Digital Payments: Conducting daily analysis and implementing measures to expand the use of Humo and Uzcard payment systems for payroll, pensions, stipends, and other social welfare payments.
- Infrastructure Development: Ensuring the expansion of the banking card infrastructure (including terminals, ATMs, and self-service kiosks) and monitoring the implementation process.
- Operational Oversight: Analyzing bank card accounts and ensuring the efficient and correct utilization of installed payment terminals across the regions.
- Education: Higher education in Banking, Finance, or Economics.
- Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in the banking system.
- Language Proficiency:
- Uzbek: Native fluency; ability to draft official documents in both Cyrillic and Latin scripts with absolute grammatical accuracy.
- Russian: Proficient enough to receive, consolidate, and process reports from commercial banks.
- English: Proficient enough to work with international regulatory documents regarding payment systems.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law "On the Central Bank," the Law "On Banks and Banking Activities," and other relevant financial regulations.
- IT Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Soft Skills: Responsibility, teamwork, proactive mindset, and a commitment to professional self-development.
