Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Issuing instructions to commercial banks within the region regarding the execution of directives from the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Main Administration; monitoring their implementation.
- System Maintenance: Taking necessary measures to troubleshoot and resolve interruptions or failures in information systems.
- Digital Workflow: Participating in the organization and management of the electronic document management system (EDMS) within the Main Administration.
- Data Consolidation: Collecting, summarizing, and analyzing reports from commercial banks regarding issued plastic cards, installed terminals, and ATMs; monitoring the fulfillment of forecast plans.
- Education: Higher education in Information Technology (IT).
- Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
- Language Proficiency:
- Uzbek: Native fluency; ability to draft official documents in both Cyrillic and Latin scripts with absolute grammatical accuracy.
- Russian & English: Level B1 (Intermediate) or higher for both.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law "On the Central Bank," the Law "On Banks and Banking Activities," and other relevant decrees governing the banking system.
- IT Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Soft Skills: Responsibility, teamwork, proactive mindset, and a commitment to professional self-development.
