Chief Expert, Security and Information Protection Sector

Responsibilities:
- Data Continuity and Security: Monitoring the timely formation and secure storage of electronic archives required to ensure the continuity of information systems within the Main Administration.
- Strategic Planning: Developing the sector's action plans for security and information protection within the Main Administration and organizing operations based on these plans.
- Security Oversight: Exercising oversight, within the scope of authority, over the Security Unit’s compliance with the requirements of existing regulatory documents within the Main Administration.
- Task Management: Ensuring the timely, high-quality, and complete execution of tasks assigned to the sector, as well as instructions from the relevant department of the Central Bank, the leadership of the Main Administration, and the Head of the Sector.
- Education: Higher education in Information Technology.
- Work Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in this field.
- Language Proficiency:
- Uzbek: Native-level proficiency; ability to draft all documents in both Cyrillic and Latin scripts with flawless orthography and grammar.
- Russian & English: Level B1 (Intermediate) for both.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Laws "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and "On Banks and Banking Activities," and other decrees/resolutions related to the banking system.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Personal Qualities: Responsibility, strong teamwork skills, proactive attitude, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
