The inaugural meeting of the working group on improving credit information exchange system was held on June 22, 2026. The meeting brought together representatives from credit organizations, credit bureaus, and divisions of Central Bank of Uzbekistan.
During the meeting, participants discussed opportunities to improve the formation of credit information and enhance data quality indicators, as well as proposals to further enhance the legal and regulatory framework for credit information exchange system.
Following the meeting, the participants agreed that that the proposals would be further refined taking into account the comments and feedback received. Participants also agreed to formulate additional proposals and initiatives aimed at further advancing this area.
