On February 12–13, 2026, employees of the Human Resources Management Department of the Central Bank participated in a study visit to the Swiss National Bank held in Zurich.
The visit was organized to explore advanced approaches in human capital management and to exchange practical experience, bringing together representatives of the central banks of Switzerland, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan.
Within the framework of the program, modern approaches to HR policy development, compensation and benefits systems, digital HR solutions, employee engagement, employer branding, recruitment and onboarding, training and development, talent management, and strengthening leadership competencies were discussed.
The open professional dialogue enabled an in-depth analysis of pressing issues, the sharing of real practical experience, and the formulation of important conclusions aimed at further improving HR systems.
The study visit marked an important step toward strengthening international cooperation, strategically managing human capital, and introducing advanced international practices into the activities of the central bank.
