On July 14 of this year, N. Fazilov, Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, held an in-person reception for individuals and representatives of legal entities. The main purpose of the reception was to engage directly with citizens' appeals, to thoroughly examine the issues of concern to them, and to find practical solutions to each matter raised.
During the reception, applicants voiced appeals and proposals concerning the quality of banking services, matters related to obtaining and reviewing loans, the operation of payment systems, issues connected with bank accounts, as well as other pressing matters in the banking sector.
Each appeal was heard with particular attention, and, based on the substance of the issue, clear and targeted instructions were given to the heads of the relevant responsible departments.
At the same time, detailed legal explanations were provided to citizens regarding appeals that could be resolved on the spot within the framework of the law. Issues requiring further study and analysis were placed under special monitoring, and responsible officials were tasked with ensuring their full resolution within the time limits established by law.
