Credit and Collateral-Related Appeals from Individuals and Entrepreneurs Reviewed

Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan Timur Ishmetov met with individuals and representatives of business entities to hear and discuss their appeals. During the meeting, issues related to banking services were reviewed, including the enforcement of court decisions, the release of collateral, and the reconsideration of terms related to credit obligations. In particular, a business entity raised an issue concerning the release of collateral on the basis of a court decision that had entered into legal force. An individual also requested practical assistance in reconsidering the repayment terms of an auto loan in light of their personal and financial circumstances. The matters raised were reviewed in detail, and relevant instructions were issued for further examination in accordance with applicable legislation and established procedures.
