Responsibilities of the Department:
- ensuring the consideration of appeals received by the Central Bank;
- conducting personal and field receptions by the Chairperson of the Central Bank and Deputy Chairpersons;
- ensuring the reception of oral appeals from individuals and legal entities, including through the “Helpline”.
Functions of the Department:
- registering, distributing and considering appeals from individuals and legal entities received by the Central Bank;
- monitoring the timely provision of responses to applicants;
- maintaining a list of individuals and representatives of legal entities wishing to attend personal receptions with the Chairperson of the Central Bank and Deputy Chairpersons;
- organizing personal, field and public receptions by the Chairperson of the Central Bank and Deputy Chairpersons;
- ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the Central Bank’s “Helpline”, providing responses to appeals from individuals and legal entities received through the helpline, and accepting appeals where necessary;
- responding to oral appeals submitted by individuals and representatives of legal entities during their visits to the Central Bank, and accepting such appeals where necessary;
- preparing analytical materials and reports for the management of the Central Bank, as well as developing methodological recommendations to improve the handling of appeals.
