Tasks and Functions

The tasks and functions of the department:

•  control over the execution of works on capital construction, reconstruction, capital and current repairs;
•  study and provision of the need for material and technical resources;
•  organization and control over the holding of all types of events (business meetings, conferences, cultural programs and other events, as well as provision of transport services);
•  control over compliance with the norms and rules of labor protection, safety precautions, and fire safety;
•  organization of the activities of the museum and library.
