Tasks and Functions

Department objectives:

•      Formulation and implementation of government policy in the field of financial technology;

•      Development of the financial technology market and creation of conditions for its sustainable growth;

•      Facilitation of cooperation between the regulator, financial technology market participants, and government agencies.

Department functions:

•      Participating in the development and implementation of legislative initiatives in the field of financial technologies and innovation;

•      Establishing and coordinating interaction with fintech companies, payment organizations, and banks;

•      Preparing analytical materials, proposals, and reports in the field of financial technologies;

•      Coordinating the activities of the regulatory sandbox in the field of financial technologies.
