Tasks and Functions

Tasks of the Department:

• Formulate the Central Bank’s strategic development priorities, develop its institutional transformation and project management system, and ensure their effective implementation.

Functions of the Department:

• developing the Central Bank’s priorities;
• organising, coordinating and monitoring the effective implementation of strategic initiatives, transformation processes and projects at the Central Bank;
• developing and further improving the unified procedures, methodology and criteria for managing strategic initiatives, transformation processes and projects at the Central Bank.
