Objectives of the Service:

Protection of the rights and legitimate interests of consumers of banking services, enhancement of financial inclusion, and improvement of the financial literacy of the population and business entities.

Functions of the Service:

Oversight and Rule of Law: Ensures the implementation of state policy in the field of consumer rights protection and monitors compliance with legislative requirements.
Information Transparency: Ensures that financial organizations provide consumers with complete and accurate information, including its disclosure through information technologies.
Addressing Systemic Issues: Identifies systemic shortcomings that lead to violations of consumer rights and develops proposals for their remediation.
Analysis of Documents and Channels: Remotely reviews and monitors the compliance of financial organizations' contracts (offers), tariffs, official websites, and communication channels with established requirements.
Reporting and Analysis: Develops risk profiles of financial organizations and prepares analytical reports on the work carried out in the field of consumer rights protection.
Improvement of Legislation: Participates in the drafting of legislation in this field and takes measures to improve the current legislation based on the study of international experience.
Coordination: Coordinates the activities of the regional branches of the Central Bank and reviews draft decisions of higher state bodies, providing its proposals
