On July 28–29 of this year, a two-day event was organized at the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the participation of representatives from the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, aimed at exchanging experience in the field of accounting, financial reporting, and financial and economic activities.
As part of this exchange event, specialists from the Central Bank delivered interactive presentations on topics such as the procedure for planning and managing the bank's budget, the Central Bank's accounting policy, accounting processes including the maintenance of securities accounting, financing and management of enterprises and organizations under the Central Bank of Uzbekistan, internal accounting control, the procedure for conducting financial operations, as well as the management of international reserves.
In addition, during the event, the parties received answers to their questions of interest and exchanged views on advanced international practices and the challenges arising in their implementation. Furthermore, the parties agreed to continue cooperation in the future with the aim of enhancing staff qualifications and broadening experience in this area.
