Based on the decision of the Central Bank’s Board:
1. Due to the change of the name of “Smart Bank” JSC to “Open Bank” JSC and its location (postal address), the license granting the right to carry out banking activities has been reissued;
2. Due to the change of location (postal address) of “Hayot Bank” JSC, the license granting the right to carry out banking activities has been reissued;
3. Due to the change of location (postal address) of “Anor Bank” JSC, the license granting the right to carry out banking activities has been reissued;
4. Due to the change of the organizational-legal form of the branch of Iran’s “Soderot Bank” in Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan, from a “branch” to a “joint-stock company,” as well as the change of its name to “Soderot Bank” and its location (postal address), the license granting the right to carry out banking activities has been reissued.
