On December 12, within the framework of the "GOV Challenge: AI Connect" competition, the Central Bank of Uzbekistan and the The Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan signed a Memorandum of Cooperation and Mutual Understanding on "Joint Development of the Startup Ecosystem and Organization of Mutual Events."
Within the framework of the memorandum:
- acceleration, incubation, and mentoring programs are organized for startups;
- expansion of cooperation with local and international venture funds and accelerators;
- innovative solutions will be integrated into the state and banking systems;
- young entrepreneurs will be supported and widely involved in the ecosystem;
- Joint events such as "Startup Day," "Investor Meeting," "Demo Day" will be conducted.
Through cooperation, the startup ecosystem is developing.
