In accordance with Presidential Decree No. PF–246 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 10, 2025, “On Additional Measures Aimed at Promoting Cashless Payments and Reducing the Share of the Shadow Economy,” a procedure has been established for the sale of property and motor vehicles in non-cash form through notarization starting from April 1 of the current year.
During a meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Notary Chamber of the Republic of Uzbekistan, measures to widely promote the essence and significance of the new procedure among the population were discussed.
Additionally, the parties presented their proposals regarding the practical implementation of the procedure to be introduced from April 1, and mechanisms for their consistent execution were reviewed.
Within the framework of the discussion, special attention was paid to the creation of the necessary infrastructure in cooperation with commercial banks.
