He is responsible for leading the activities of the Department for Supporting Entrepreneurship and Ensuring Employment, the Service for Protecting the Rights of Consumers of Banking Services, the Department for Monitoring the Activities of Commercial Banks in the Social and Economic Development of Regions, the Department for Accounting and Reporting, the Department for Increasing Financial Literacy and Popularization, and the Finance-Economic Department.
His responsibilities include:
The activities of the "Pledge Registry" state unitary enterprise under the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
Work carried out with the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
Coordination of efforts to create a convenient and barrier-free environment for employees with disabilities.
He also coordinates the activities of the Central Bank’s regional departments in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the regions, and the city of Tashkent. He organizes the prompt resolution of issues related to their activities and is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of their assigned tasks.
