“690th Anniversary of the Birth of Amir Temur”
This silver commemorative coin was minted in 2026 and is dedicated to the 690th anniversary of the birth of Amir Temur.
Obverse: In the center of the coin, there is an image of the monument to Amir Temur installed in the city of Samarkand, depicting him seated on a throne. To the left of the monument is the year of Amir Temur’s birth, “1336”, and to the right is the year of his death, “1405”. Along the upper edge of the coin is the inscription “AMIR TEMUR TAVALLUDINING 690 YILLIGI”.
Reverse: In the center of the coin is the State Emblem of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In the lower part of the emblem, the denomination “100,000 soums” and the year of issue “2026” are indicated. Along the upper edge of the coin is the inscription “O‘ZBEKISTON RESPUBLIKASI MARKAZIY BANKI”.
