A Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation has been signed between the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the National Bank of Cambodia.
The document is intended to further strengthen cooperation between the central banks of the two countries and establish an institutional framework for the exchange of experience and information.
The Memorandum envisages expanding cooperation between the parties in areas of mutual interest, including monetary policy, payment systems, financial inclusion, monetary heritage, and central bank museums.
The document also provides for holding meetings on matters of current interest, organizing training programmes, internships and workshops, conducting joint research and publications, as well as arranging mutual visits for the exchange of experience.
The Memorandum is aimed at strengthening professional and expert dialogue between the two central banks, facilitating the systematic exchange of knowledge and practical experience, and fostering long-term cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
